Braeden Knight

Braeden Knight’s long history in bartending has taken her to high-end restaurants, a variety of bars, some of the largest cocktail events across the country, and even a golf cart. But her love of craft cocktails can be attributed to Fort Worth’s The Usual and her best friend and mentor, Pamela Moncrief of Pop Up Bar, where she recently moved into back-of-house production. Knight has participated in such service events as Negroni Week, Fort Worth’s CRAFT, Campari Day of Service, and the Ultimate Cocktail Experience benefitting Trigger’s Toys.

When she’s not serving you a cocktail, she’s Braeden Knight, CFS (certified food scientist), helping further the quality of America’s food and grocery items.  

With her passion for people, service, quality, and hospitality, Knight will be participating in this event in honor of the North Texas Food Bank.
