Noel Martin

After working her way up the hospitality industry in Colorado, Martin found her way to her Rosewater family where he continues to perfect her mixology skills. Her past experience in craft beer, cocktail waitressing and expansive spirits knowledge allow Martin to bring a unique perspective to her cocktail crafting.  Rosewater is home to over 2000 different bottles of varying spirits, fortified wines, whiskeys and more and took over three years for Martin to learn the inventory that allow for countless recipe options for her delicious cocktails. With the ever-changing menu, she is encouraged to contribute with the freedom to experience.
