Pricilla Gonzales

Born in New Jersey, Gonzalez has been in Houston since age 13. She started her career in the culinary realm and made the transition as a bartender in 2015. After experiencing many aspects of the hospitality industry, Gonzalez realized she found most enjoyment behind the bar as a way to better utilize her natural born people skills. Before her employment at Houston Watch Co, the cocktail haunt was her favorite bar in town. Landing the bartending gig there became a dream come true as she continues to hone her craft and find mentorship and countless growth opportunities from the bar owners. Gonzalez loves Woodford Reserve as an ingredient for her cocktails because of the variety of flavor notes and balance. The complexity of the bourbon lends very well to a simple pour on the rocks or mixed in cocktails.
