Unfortunately, we have made the decision to cancel The Woodford Reserve Manhattan Experience due to both the state and county limitations on events and in the interest of everyone’s safety, due to COVID-19.
We have two options available for all Manhattan Experience ticket holders:
Option 1:
We will be doing a virtual cooking and cocktail experience with chef Tim Love and Woodford Reserve on September 30. The virtual cooking and drink experience includes all of the ingredients for both the meal and drinks that will be demonstrated delivered to your door. If you would like to apply your Manhattan Experience ticket towards the purchase of this alternative experience, please email us at exchange@papercitymag.com with the email address you used to purchase your Manhattan Experience tickets. We will send you a code to use to apply your ticket to either of the cooking and drink kits offered.
Ticket sales for the kits will close on September 24.
Option 2:
If you would like a refund to your credit card used to purchase your Manhattan Experience tickets, please email us at refund@papercitymag.com. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to process and show up on your credit card.
All refunds must be requested by September 30, 2020.
